Tyson began his accounting career in Adelaide back in 2001 before returning to Colac in 2006 where he was born and bred, and has continued providing accounting and taxation services to the people of Colac and the surrounding district including Lorne and the surf coast.
He has extensive experience in a number of industries including farming, hotels, building and construction, tourist parks and medical professionals.
Tyson is married to Simone and has 4 children, who he loves to spend as much of his free time as possible with.
Having had a successful football career himself in the SANFL, VFL and Geelong Football League, Tyson now enjoys taking his family to watch AFL games and spends a lot of his time outside of work watching his kids in their sporting endeavours, which he also thoroughly enjoys. Tyson is also the Treasurer of the Colac Football Netball Club where he played and coached and is where his kids are currently playing in junior netball and football.

Matthew has been providing accounting and advisory services to the people and business of Colac, Apollo Bay and surrounding districts since 1996. He was born and bred in Colac and has experience in a number of different industries including all facets of farming, motels and tourism accommodation, hospitality and retail trade and the thoroughbred racing industry.
Outside of work Matthew’s interests include beef cattle farming and thoroughbred breeding. Matthew has previously been involved with the Colac Turf Club Inc. in various roles including President and Treasurer and also Colac Little Athletics Inc as President.
He now enjoys spending time with his family at the local football and netball and being the float driver for the family’s horse events.

Stacey began her accounting career in a firm based around the Geelong region after completing her Commerce degree at Deakin in Geelong. After working in Geelong, Stacey returned to her home town and continued providing accounting and advisory services for Colac and the surrounding district. Over that time Stacey married her husband Andrew and has had 3 boys. Stacey continued working on a part time basis and concentrated her work efforts around Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and audits of SMSF.
Her 3 boys are now all at school and she has returned to full accounting duties with expertise in several industries including agriculture and farming, construction and trades, beauty and hairdressing, and continues to work in her specialist area of SMSF.
Away from work Stacey enjoys sport and spending time with her family. She is a member of the Colac Football Netball Club in the GFL and is often found coaching some of Colac’s Netball teams. More recently she spends much of her time following her boys sporting pursuits which she gets much enjoyment from.

Gabby began her accounting career in 2007 after completing her Commerce degree at the University of Ballarat. She worked locally for 5 years and completed her CPA in 2012, before having her 3 children.
With the kids now at school, Gabby has resumed work on a part time basis.
Out of work Gabby enjoys playing netball and participating in fun runs. She plays netball with the Colac Tigers and also enjoys her coaching roles. Currently, she is the treasurer of the Sacred Heart Netball Club.
Leah joined the Walsh & Hay team in 2017 & has been working in business administration for over 15years having completed her Certificate IV in Frontline Management & Advanced Diploma in Business Administration & Human Resources. Leah has recently completed a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Leah has a young family with her husband Nick and together they love spending time with their kids camping, bike riding and exploring.
Out of work Leah enjoys playing netball & coaching the Junior Netball development team with the Western Eagles Football Netball Club & following the kids in their sporting & after school activities.
Currently, Leah is the secretary of the Sacred Heart Netball Committee.

Leah is the newest member to join the Walsh & Hay team, she commenced work as an accounting cadet in early 2017 after finishing school. Leah completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2019 at Deakin University, Geelong Waterfront Campus and then moved into Private Industry accounting. Now excited to be in Public accounting with a desire to learn and one day be able to assist our local Community. Leah is currently studying her CPA.
Out of work Leah enjoys keeping active running, hiking, travelling & camping with her fiancé Daniel & their dogs. Currently, Leah is a member of the Beeac Progress Association.
